Competitive Salary
Ready to drive our vehicle and trailer order pipeline and make a real business impact? Join us in a pivotal role where you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our assets are available for hire, liaising with suppliers, bodybuilders, and manufacturers. You’ll be at the forefront, co-ordinating multiple players and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine, from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the lines of communication open with suppliers and our team, ensuring everyone is up to speed with progress updates.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers and third-party engineers to get assets built and equipped with any extras (like camera tech and livery) on time.
- Be the bridge between the build and the business, so our rental/contract hire assets are out on the road as soon as possible.
- Stay on top of order pipelines, giving accurate lead times to sales teams and customers alike.
- Get hands-on with customer orders - learning the ropes of agreeing on asset specs and ensuring the right kit is delivered.
- Make sure the paperwork matches the progress - raise purchase orders and follow through to completion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relationship builder - you know how to work with suppliers to make sure we’re always a priority.
- Process-driven and organised - you love keeping things on track and chasing down the details.
- Excel-savvy - you can handle a spreadsheet and know your way around formulas.
- Time management pro - balancing deadlines and priorities like a boss.
- Positive attitude - challenges don’t phase you, and you bring a can-do mindset to every task.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with trucks and trailers.
- A variety of experience across industries.
- Top-notch customer service skills - you set the gold standard.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Direct impact - you’ll be managing up to 3,000 assets and playing a key role in a crucial operation.
- Growth opportunities - this is just the start, with room to develop and grow.
- Autonomy - make strategic decisions and own your role.
- Access to senior management - you won’t just be a number here; you’ll have a seat at the table.
- Work perks - with travel to local sites and access to a pool car.
