Project Administrator

Are you an organised, proactive individual with strong customer service skills? We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join a dynamic team. You'll support project management workflow with coordinating timelines and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth process and key dates are met, whilst always keeping customer up to date.
  • Assist and support senior members of staff with the implementation of new practices.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members
  • Take ownership of individual projects from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level - preference
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work methodically and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Passion for cars or mechanics would be advantageous
