Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable UK Sales Administrator to join our friendly client in Central Milton Keynes. This role supports their UK operations, European representatives, and local teams, with a focus on administrative and sales-related duties. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and committed individual with a passion for sales administration and a desire to contribute to the success of the business in the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and DACH regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Utilise MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS CRM Dynamics, and SharePoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Oversee office systems, including record management, office layout, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage office expenditure and budget oversight.
  • Assist with recruitment, staff training, and induction processes.
  • Support team activities and monitor workload status.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Implement and promote equality and diversity policies within the office environment.
  • Coordinate office supplies and handle necessary repairs.
  • Assist with customer enquiries and general administrative tasks.
  • Attend conferences and training events to maintain professional growth.

Sales Administration:

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
  • Summarise data for reports and assist with administrative problem-solving.
  • Handle pricing, proposals, and sales documents efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate with corporate offices, clients, vendors, and international representatives professionally.
  • Support sales activities, including lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, and annual maintenance renewals.
  • Assist with internal audits of sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Follow up on accounts payable with clients and vendors.
  • Abide by all relevant regulations, policies, and work procedures.

Training Coordinator:

  • Coordinate training events, including delegate packs, promotional materials, and liaising with clients and suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Oversee event dismantling and post-event analysis, including reporting and data entry.

Education and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Administration role.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (to include V Look-ups and Pivot Tables) and CRM software.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of paperwork.
  • Excellent customer service skills for client communication.
  • Sales or Marketing qualifications are desirable.
