About the role of Operations Director:
Stepping into the business as Operations Director, driving refurbishment/fit out projects and training members of the team using your experience.
Responsibilities for Operations Director:
- Directly working with clients and understanding needs
- Visiting different sites to ensure delivery
- Mentor young people
- Deliver projects from pre-con to hand over
Requirements for Operations Director:
- Happy to travel around Milton Keynes, Cambridge and Reading
- Experience working on projects valued 1 - 10 million
- Strong commercial fit out background and experience
- Experience working in an Operations Director role helping to mentor others
