The Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager / Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day production management of the manufacturing shop floor, whilst managing a team of 10 to 15 Technicians.
This would suit someone with proven experience as in production management experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of 10-15 Technicians and Supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Oversee production schedules, work order updates, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures and monitor product standards.
- Maintain accurate records and use ERP systems (e.g., Epicor Kinetic) to generate performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide training for staff.
- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and modernisation.
- Assist with operational tasks during peak times or staff shortages.
- Site based in Towcester, Northamptonshire.
- Experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or similar production management background
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in process improvement, automation, or modernisation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic preferred).
- Commutable to site in Towcester, Northamptonshire.
