Are you a Service Operations professional looking to support the transformation of a growing service division, with autonomy to make your mark, a competitive package and a clear scope to progress further within a global leading manufacturer? You will play an integral role in the team, working closely with the Head of Service to improve various aspects of service delivery across the business.

You will oversee client support, onsite maintenance and project delivery teams, developing robust processes and utilising data to enhance service performance.
