Exciting Site Manager opportunity for a best in class refurbishment company providing solutions for private and public sector clients.
About the role of Site Manager:
Working on commercial refurbishment projects valued 1 - 10 million, with a focus on CAT A fit out.
Responsibilities for Site Manager:
- Acting as No.2 on site
- Communication with sub contractors
- Day to day Client interaction
- Ensuring health & safety is followed on site
Requirements for Site Manager:
- Happy to travel around Milton Keynes, Cambridge and Reading
- Experience working on projects valued 1 - 10 million
- CAT A and commercial fit out experience
- Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and driven to deliver
