Responsibilities:
- Managinga refurbishment of an industrial unit with both external and internal elements
- Managing staff resource on site.
- Working with Senior QS to commercially manage projects.
- Ensuring quality targets are met.
Experience required:
- Experience of managing projects up to15min value - Good planning, design and commercial awareness.
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualified
- Strong reporting skills.
- Dynamic, energetic and driven individual
