Steadman Brown are working with a leading company in the automotive sector, who specialise in providing a tailored customer service experience globally.
The position is for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, to design and develop multi-channel communications for the UK Business stream.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop dynamic content and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools
- Create new journeys using Journey Builder and sync data between Salesforce core clouds and marketing cloud
- Collaborate with wider departments to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder. (Interaction Studio is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer segmentation
- Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email template customisation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stakeholders of all levels
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g. Email Specialist, Consultant) are beneficial
