Proximity Recruitment have partnered with an exciting, high growth digital agency in Milton Keynes who are searching for a talented SEO & Paid Media Consultant to join their collaborative team and deliver of a collection of interesting & ambitious B2B clients.

With resource encompassing developers, project managers & SEO executives the successful SEO & Paid Media Consultant with manage circa 10 clients across the 2 disciplines and have the opportunity to grow the team with juniors & apprentices over time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing PPC and SEO clients’ requirements, working within a small team.
  • Develop short and long-term PPC and SEO campaign expansion strategies and execute day-to-day tactics that increase client specific KPIs.
  • Measure, optimise and report on PPC and SEO campaign performance from client specific KPI perspective.
  • Continually improve campaign performance by measuring results, identifying next steps and actioning change.
  • Use creative, out-of-the-box thinking to come up with innovative and effective approaches to SEM marketing.
  • Ensure the agency is at the forefront of any PPC and SEO industry developments.
  • Measure, analyse and strategise using different industry tools, including GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and other tools for SEM reporting and optimising.

Applicants who have both SEO & paid media experience are of most interest, however having a preference across the 2 disciplines is absolutely fine assuming you have a good enough understanding of both.
