Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: 38,000-42,000 pa (dependent on experience)
We are looking for an experienced and detail-orientated Senior Architectural Technician with an enthusiasm for design to join an award-winning, friendly team in Milton Keynes. The practice has a passion for sustainable and quality designs alongside providing fantastic service to every client.
To be successful in this role you should have significant UK-based experience and strong technical abilities. You should be confident in producing technical designs and managing a project from the Planning Stage through to delivery. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Registered with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology (CIAT)
- Significant UK-based, post-qualification experience
- Managing projects from planning through to delivery
- Experience creating technical drawings
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Retail experience is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Revit knowledge is essential
