Key responsibilities for a Group Account Director
- Manage all aspects of the client business, providing exceptional customer service at a senior level
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with multiple senior client stakeholders
- Find new and relevant way to add value to stakeholders and provide greater commercial opportunities
- Oversee all strategic planning activities associated with assigned accounts
- Responsible for setting and meeting account commercials, KPIs and the development of drive plans to ensure budgets/forecasts are delivered
- Work with key external partners to maximise opportunities, drive performance, deliver against KPIs
- Act as a positive role model throughout the entire company
