Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Manufacturing Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in manufacturing, gain hands-on experience, and develop technical skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety regulations.

  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

  • Conduct routine inspections and report any issues or defects.

  • Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Requirements:
  • A strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, or technical work.

  • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems (preferred but not essential).

  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Ability to handle tools/materials as needed.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7am to 4pm
