Finance Analyst - Dynamics 365 Integration & Support

Milton Keynes based (min. 3 days)

What You'll Do:

As a Finance Analyst / Systems Accountant, you will take the lead in the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the finance function. Working closely with finance, IT, and key stakeholders, you will ensure a smooth transition, optimising financial processes and reporting capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the finance workstream for the Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Acting as the key liaison between finance and IT teams, translating financial needs into system functionality.
  • Supporting data migration, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data integrity.
  • Designing and implementing financial reporting, dashboards, and controls within D365.
  • Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Providing training and support to finance users, ensuring effective system adoption.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and working with technical teams to resolve them.
  • Supporting post-implementation reviews and continuous system enhancements.

What You'll Need:

  • Essential: experience with implementing ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Ideally Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent understanding of financial processes, including reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using Power BI or similar tools being an advantage.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and project teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in training and supporting finance teams through system transitions.
