Finance Analyst - Dynamics 365 Integration & Support

What You'll Do:
As a Finance Analyst / Systems Accountant, you will take the lead in the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the finance function. Working closely with finance, IT, and key stakeholders, you will ensure a smooth transition, optimising financial processes and reporting capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the finance workstream for the Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Acting as the key liaison between finance and IT teams, translating financial needs into system functionality.
- Supporting data migration, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data integrity.
- Designing and implementing financial reporting, dashboards, and controls within D365.
- Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Providing training and support to finance users, ensuring effective system adoption.
- Troubleshooting system issues and working with technical teams to resolve them.
- Supporting post-implementation reviews and continuous system enhancements.
What You'll Need:
- Essential: experience with implementing ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Ideally Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent understanding of financial processes, including reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using Power BI or similar tools being an advantage.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and project teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Experience in training and supporting finance teams through system transitions.
