Our client is a small yet growing business based in Milton Keynes. Manufacturing on-site, they are looking for a Production Manager to help take the team to new heights. If you have a joinery/ carpentry background and are looking to take a leap in your career- apply below!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage a small workshop team
- Get involved in the CAD Design- reviewing and creating drawings wehen necessary
- Programming CNC woodworking Machinery
- Improve Production Efficiency- reducing wastage and costs
- Organize and manage production schedules
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- For this role you MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN JOINERY AND OR CARPENTRY
- Experience of supervising or managing a workshop team
- Ability to create and understand CAD Drawings
- Ability to prgram CNC Machinery
- The motivation to take a small company to new heights
