Regional HR Business Partner - £55k to £75k - 12-Month Contract - South England - Hybrid

Are you an experienced HR generalist with the ability to contribute at both strategic and operational levels? We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join a significant multinational business on a long-term contract, covering the Southern UK region.

This role involves partnering with multiple sites across the South of England and around London. 

About the Role:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy and ensuring seamless HR operations across various sites. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working from home two days a week, with three days dedicated to visiting sites and collaborating with teams on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with a senior director on strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage relevant data and reports to provide actionable insights and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships across various sites, ensuring cohesive and effective HR support.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Advise regional managers on HR matters such as absence management and team development, helping them optimise their teams' performance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Proven experience in HR, ideally within retail or other multi-site businesses.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to partner with senior leadership on high-level strategic issues.
  • Data Savvy: Proficient in using HR data and reports to drive decisions.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across different sites.
  • Proactive Advisor: Hands-on approach to addressing day-to-day HR challenges and supporting regional managers.
