As a result of restructuring, our client a corporate professional services business, is looking to appoint a People Business Partner to strengthen the team. This is a newly created role and reports directly into the People Director. The role will have responsibility for supporting the delivery of People related Policies and Practice for the group through business partnering senior stakeholders, providing a proactive, commercially focused HR service and managing two People Advisors.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Creating employee experience frameworks to ensure the right policies, processes and solutions are in place to enable managers to engage and motivate their employees. Key areas of focus include employee relations, management development and performance management.

- Operational ownership of reward for the Group, ensuring good practice around evaluation, benchmarking and remuneration decisions and processes.

Key Background:

• Minimum 5 years Generalist HR experience at an operational level.

• 2+ years’ experience in Reward at an operational level.

• Experience of managing HR related projects including planning, prioritising and communications, delivering to tight deadlines.

• Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders, ensuring people policies and practices are being followed as well as supporting commercial objectives.

• An intermediate level of experience on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.

• Level 5 CIPD or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience which demonstrates sound employee relations and employment law knowledge is desirable and an advantage.
