This role presents the chance to shape the people strategy, collaborate closely with senior leaders and deliver operationally. With a generous salary package ranging from £55,000 - £70,000 based on experience, this role also offers potential for future growth due to the company's ambitious plans.

What you'll do:

As a HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the people strategy. You will be responsible for forging robust relationships with senior leaders of the business, developing strategic people plans and executing them effectively. Your broad generalist remit will cover everything from engagement to talent development, employee relations to performance management. You will also manage all HR initiatives, guiding and coaching managers on best practices while supporting their team structures. As we are a growing business with ambitious plans, you should be comfortable navigating an environment of change and ambiguity. Your role will also involve promoting our culture and values across global teams while designing and implementing new initiatives.

  • Forge robust relationships with Senior Leaders, developing and executing the strategic people plan.
  • Handle a broad generalist remit including engagement, talent development, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits.
  • Guide and coach managers on best practice and support their team structures, development, workforce planning and solutions.
  • Comfortably navigate ambiguity and change as the business evolves.
  • Promote culture and values, collaborate with global teams and design and implement new initiatives

What you bring:

As our ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner role, you bring along a wealth of experience from previous HR roles such as HRBP or HR Manager. You possess robust knowledge of UK employment law and practices which enables you to lead projects effectively while gaining credibility across the Senior Leadership team.

  • Proven experience within an HR role such as HRBP or HR Manager.
  • Robust knowledge of UK employment law and practices.
  • Ability to lead projects and gain credibility across the Senior Leadership team.
  • Strategic experience leading projects or working with senior leaders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment preferably within a smaller sized business.
  • Generalist HR background with exposure to all elements of HR.
  • Ability to work independently and devise complex solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
