- Provide a dedicated recruitment service for our Sales and Lettings teams across multiple branches.
- Directly source candidates through headhunting, database searching, LinkedIn, and other methods.
- Support hiring managers by providing training on interview techniques, using the recruitment system, and organising assessment centres.
- Organise and facilitate recruitment events, open days, and talent attraction activities.
- Set up and maintain active talent pools to ensure proactive, agile recruitment for key roles.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and meet branch-specific hiring needs.
- Generate and share regular recruitment insights, reports, and market intelligence.
- Design and deliver candidate attraction campaigns with a focus on enhancing our social media presence and brand.
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to estate agency or retail branch-based hiring.
- Expertise in talent pooling, recruitment data analysis, and management reporting.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative approach.
- Familiarity with various selection and assessment methods, including interviews, assessment centres, and psychometric testing.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Experience supporting a multi-site branch network or regional structure is advantageous.
