About the Role: I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a leading recruitment agency specialising in the healthcare sector. They are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultants to join their team in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, results-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare recruitment.

As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full 360-degree recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving business development. You will have the opportunity to grow a successful desk while working within a supportive, dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire recruitment cycle for healthcare clients, from initial contact to successful placement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities. - Source, interview, and place candidates across a variety of healthcare roles. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. - Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. - Provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients. - Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Must Have Requirements: - Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, within the healthcare sector. - Proven business development skills and experience generating new business. - A track record of successfully meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Self-motivated, results-focused, and driven to succeed.
