- Sourcing and screening candidates to place ambulance professionals into NHS and private sector roles.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from client consultations to final placements.
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand specific requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Staying current with market trends in healthcare recruitment to ensure a competitive edge.
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team success through knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the healthcare and ambulance services sector is a plus.
