Fabulous global Health & Wellness company are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Office Coordinator/Administrator to join their busy European Head Office team.

Please note this role is Office based - not Hybrid

Position Overview:We are seeking an energetic and professional Office Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and act as the first point of contact for visitors. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the smooth operation of office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing communications.
  • Draft and process correspondence with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and take minutes for meetings.
  • Oversee office supplies, budget control, and facility management.
  • Support onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Serve as the office's Fire Marshal, First Aider, and Mental Health First Aider.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 3 years of office administration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, calm under pressure, and a proactive team player.
  • Certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, and Mental Health First Aid are advantageous.
