As a Membership Renewals Advisor you will be responsible for chasing outstanding membership fees. To contribute towards maintaining our client's reputation for excellence by providing a first-class, multi-channel enquiry service, and accurate and 'right first time' information to all enquirers & ensure service level standards are delivered.

Type: Temporary role initially for 3-months, but could be extended with the possibility of permanentPay: £14.48 per hourHours: Monday - Friday 35 hours a week, 9am to 5pm core hours, but there could be times where hours might fall between 7am to 7pm, due to business requirements

Role:

  • Manage payment collections from UK and international members.
  • Ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related queries efficiently.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all member interactions while ensuring adherence to payment deadlines.
  • Tailor communication strategies for UK and international members, considering different time zones.
  • Ensure all email correspondence is accurate, professional, and aligns with the organisation's branding and communication standards.

Experience:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone-based role.
  • Good IT skills
  • Organisational, planning, and administrative skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
