Temporary Part Time Administrator
6 Month Contract - 23.5 Hours per week

Working for a highly prestigious brand as a Part time Administrator, you will be supporting one of their business heads. You will be providing proactive administration including raising and checking of Purchase Orders, therefore experience with finance is crucial. You will be highly proficient at Microsoft Office, processing invoices and managing in-boxes.

Part-Time Administrator Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to line manager (and wider team as needed) to include, travel, expenses, ad hoc requests (i.e. project support), etc
  • Raise and check Purchase Orders
  • Processing Invoices
  • On behalf of the line manager, read and act upon correspondence including e-mails.
  • Day to day diary management, providing necessary information ahead of meetings
  • Maintenance of filing systems, electronic and manual, e.g. general, archiving, asset register, budget.
  • Order IT equipment, phones and stationery
  • Meeting room administration for Brand/Function meeting rooms
  • General administration in support of ad hoc functional project work
  • Preparation of key documents, including detailed word documents, PowerPoint presentations and excel spread sheets.
