Role - Managed Payroll and Implementation Manager aka Managed Payroll Manager, Outsourced Payroll Manager, Payroll Onboarding Manager

Salary - 40 - 50K + 10% Bonus and Excellent Benefits

Location - Milton Keynes / Remote - Travel to office once a week

The Role

You will be joining a fast-growing outsourced payroll and payroll system implementer. Great opportunity to get involved in improvement of the service, compliance and processes. Work closely with the payroll vendor as well as managing budgets and working with sales to scope and estimate new deal pricing and implementation timelines. You will manage payroll implementations from scoping through to Go live, post Go live Support and handover.

The role will be working largely with small businesses on the Bureau payroll side and larger companies when working on implementations.

The right candidate will the following

  • Extensive payroll knowledge, ideally CIPP certified.
  • Proven track record in payroll implementation and integrations.
  • Previous experience leading a payroll team, implementing best practices, controls, and a continuous improvement approach.
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and solve complex payroll-related issues.

In addition, we require someone who is an excellent communication and can manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively with excellent skills around making priorities and managing expectations.

Any experience in Brain Payroll or Sage People Payroll would be beneficial but training will be given.
