Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced pharmacist to join a dynamic clinical team in a GP surgery located in Milton Keynes.
The position offers a full-time salary of £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, for a 40-hour work week, with part-time options available.
Candidates should have extensive experience in a primary care setting and must have completed the CPPE General Practice Pharmacist Pathway and the Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.
Responsibilities include providing expert services to patients, offering advice on medications, and addressing clinical risks.

Ideal Requirements for a Primary Care Pharmacist

Extensive experience working in a primary care setting.
Demonstrate the ability to manage workload and support pharmacy-related tasks with confidence.
Have completed the CPPE General Practice Pharmacist Pathway
Completed the Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.

Role Responsibilities for a Primary Care Pharmacist

Providing expert services and support to patients registered with our Hub
Offering clear and accessible advice on medicines, repeat prescriptions, and general pharmaceutical queries
Identifying and addressing clinical risks in line with professional responsibilities
