Maintenance Plumber (Static Role)
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 (40-hour week)
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to carry out scheduled maintenance on domestic and commercial Heat Interface Unit (HIU) installations. You will be responsible for attending breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs on HIU systems. Our client manages around 500 properties, all located within a half-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and servicing of domestic and commercial HIU systems.
- Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on pumps.
- Work on pipes, valves, and related plumbing systems.
- Conduct water treatment and system flushing.
- Maintain and monitor expansion vessels and air pressure levels.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating.
- Experience with plumbing and heating systems.
- HIU experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (preferred).
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to join the on-call rota (with an additional 30 per day standby rate, plus overtime).
