Job Summary:
I'm seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to manage building maintenance assets, validate PPM activities, and report compliance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management & CMMS Setup:
- Ingest and maintain building maintenance assets in CMMS.
- Set up maintenance schedules per SFG20 standards.
- Ensure accurate data entry and contractual compliance.
- PPM Validation & Documentation:
- Validate scheduled PPM activities.
- Ensure correct and filed paperwork.
- Document follow-up actions from PPM activities.
Compliance Reporting:
- Prepare and report on compliance performance.
- Address non-compliant actions.
- Generate regular reports for senior management and clients.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
- Collaborate with site teams for accurate asset information.
- Work with central technical support to resolve compliance issues.
