Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Contract & Compliance Co-ordinator to join an expanding business in the Milton Keynes area on a permanent contract.

Your duties will include:

  • Conduct re-costing of current contracts and issue updated agreements to clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare variation agreements, ensuring they’re signed by authorized representatives and kept on record
  • Accurately document all contract amendments in the ERP and CRM systems
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records and related documentation
  • Take ownership of health and safety compliance, working to ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulatory and internal standards
  • Regularly review and update health and safety protocols to reflect current regulations and company policies
  • Conduct or organise audits, assessments, and reviews related to compliance as needed
  • Coordinate with the Business Service Director to address and resolve any compliance related issues promptly
  • Manage updates to internal systems as part of contract changes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and integration of contract-related changes within the organization
  • Assist with the renewal of fleet insurance and co-ordination of MOTs to ensure all vehicles remain roadworthy and compliant
  • Manage accident repair claims by liaising with insurers and co-ordinating necessary repairs
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of dashcams and ensure all vehicles are branded according to company standards
  • Support tracking and documentation of vehicle maintenance schedules and incident reports

Key requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in contract administration, compliance, or a related field
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and internal communications
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with familiarity in ERP/CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with weekly in-office presence as required
