Join a dynamic team as the Technical Building Services Manager, where you will lead our local FM team in delivering exceptional service standards for our client. You'll play a crucial role in managing Mechanical& Electrical services and projects, ensuring a safe and efficient work place environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the local FM team to deliver top-tier TFM services, overseeing both planned and reactive works.
- Develop strategies to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Establish service standards, achieve SLAs, and provide quality monthly reports.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Proven experience managing hard and soft services within Building Services, with a strong focus on hard services.
- Leadership experience in overseeing internal engineering teams and technical subcontractors.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and effectively communicate complex data.
- Strong technical knowledge in M&E, building maintenance, and statutory compliance.
- Track record of successfully managing budgets, processes, and customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
