Role Overview:As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will step into classrooms as required, ensuring a positive learning environment and maintaining continuity in students' education.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver pre-planned lessons or adapt teaching to meet students' needs.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Follow school policies on behaviour management and safeguarding.
- Work flexibly across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, depending on your preference and experience.
- Provide constructive feedback and complete marking where required for longer-term placements.
- Collaborate with support staff and senior leadership where necessary.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
- A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
