From day one, you'll feel welcomed into this work family.Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Food Production Team Leader to grow and develop their own teams.Role Responsibilities:As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, training and mentoring a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.Your responsibilities will include:• Train staff on procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations• Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulation.• Oversee production processes, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency.• Collaborate with other departments/shifts to streamline operations and enhance productivity• Working alongside operatives to ensure targets are adhered to.Role Overview:Shifts: Monday to FridayHours: 0600 - 0300 or 1500 - 2400Duration: Temp to permPay: £28,500 - £29,800 Why join the team?Are you seeking stability and security in your career?
