Project Manager

Salary : 50k - 55k
Location : Milton Keynes
Hours : 9am - 5pm (Mon-Friday)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full life-cycle of complex projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. This role demands strategic leadership, meticulous attention to details, and a client-first approach to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard, We offer a hybrid working model with opportunities to thrive in a fast paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of project management, from planning and execution to final delivery.
Continuously monitor project time lines to identify risks early.
Assess potential impacts and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
Maintain rigorous control over the project budget to ensure cost effectiveness.
Provide consistent financial reporting to clients, keeping them informed about expenditures and forecasts.
Manage and negotiate relationships with external vendors and contractors to secure quality services and materials.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including detailed plans, progress and reports, and client approvals.
Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

5+ years of extensive project management experience, ideally with data centres, retails or hospitality industries.
Proven track record of delivering a diverse portfolio of complex projects successfully.
Comprehensive understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and their practical application.
Familiarity with legislative and regulatory compliance standards in the Data Centre and Construction sectors.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, teams and stakeholders effectively.
