Role Responsibilities

路Identifying and maximising business opportunities

路Booking and carrying out property viewings

路Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face

路Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets

路Negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales

路Representing the company in a professional manner

路Building strong relationships with local property owners and investors

The Ideal Candidate

路Ambitious, hard-working and target driven

路Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

路Have strong negotiation and communication skills

路Have good knowledge of the local property market

路Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face

路Be results orientated and driven to succeed

路Hold a full valid UK driving licence

The Package Basic:

circa 拢20,000 per annum Commission 10% on 聽completed house sales (individual commission)聽拢50 per completed mortgage referral拢50 per viewing which leads to a completed house transaction (when covering viewings)40p per business mile4 Month guarantee TBCOTE聽 拢35,000
