Role Responsibilities
·Identifying and maximising business opportunities
·Booking and carrying out property viewings
·Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
·Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
·Negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales
·Representing the company in a professional manner
·Building strong relationships with local property owners and investors
The Ideal Candidate

·Have strong negotiation and communication skills
·Have good knowledge of the local property market
·Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face

·Hold a full valid UK driving licence
The Package Basic:
Up to £22,500 £25,000 OTE: £45,000
