We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a new development of luxury apartments in the heart of Central Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about high-quality property development and looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Coordinate activities related to the development and sale of luxury apartments.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the development process are executed efficiently.
  • Assist in the marketing and sale of the apartments, ensuring that potential buyers receive all necessary information.
  • Manage communications between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely progress on projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and adherence to specifications.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to property development, including document management and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in property sales or a related sales field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality living spaces.
