We are looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to cover holidays at one of our clients based in Northfield.
The hours are full time (8.30am to 5.00pm) Monday to Friday from 16th March to 31 March 2025.
Duties to include:
- Providing an effective and efficient reception service to both staff and visitors.
- Carrying out administrative support as and when required.
- Act as first point of contact and welcoming any clients/visitors.
- Ensuring all visitors are directed as appropriate to their host.
- Answering and forwarding all calls promptly and professionally and taking messages where required.
- Sorting all incoming mail and franking outgoing mail daily (including to all stores and franchise owners)
- Ensuring the Reception area is kept clear and tidy at all times.
- Printing out agreements, binding and sending out.
