We currently have an exciting new role to join the Dunbar team for an experienced Recruitment Consultant within our Milton Keynes office. We recruit for Primary and Secondary Teachers and Education Specialists for long term, day2day and permanent positions, working with schools in the South of England, London, and the home counties.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success within this division. This exciting opportunity involves engaging with Teachers, assisting them in discovering their ideal roles within schools. This position demands a resilient and strategic professional who is well-organised, process-driven, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing and nurturing strong relationships with schools/MATs and candidates
  • Forecasting Business: Analysing client needs for strategic planning
  • Sourcing and Head Hunting: Identify talent through variety of sources and networking.
  • Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to understand clients' needs
  • Fulfilling the recruitment needs of our client schools and multi-academy trusts.
  • Marketing candidates: Proactively marketing our candidates to potential clients via phone calls and email.
