Recruiter/ Internal Recruiter
  • Location: Milton Keynes 
  • Job Type: Full-time, hybrid opportunity after the probation (3 days in office, 2 working from home)
  • Reporting to: Head of HR

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to provide comprehensive recruitment support to the HR Administration Manager and Internal Recruitment team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidate shortlists and supporting the management with recruitment-related queries and training.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Schedule and conduct telephone interviews to screen candidates effectively.
  • Manage the screening of applications and provide timely updates on the performance of job adverts in terms of quality and quantity of applications.
  • Deliver quality shortlists of interviewed candidates within set timelines.
  • Assist managers with queries and issues related to recruitment in Workday.
  • Conduct monthly reporting of recruitment KPIs and deliver these KPIs to managers.
  • Train relevant managers on Workday functionalities and recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment administrator to streamline recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, including specialist roles within Head Office environments.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, managing both recruitment requirements and internal tasks.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage own workload while collaborating with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles as needed across all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and agility in a dynamic environment.
  • Solution-focused with a forward-thinking approach to resolving issues.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and initiative-taking in daily tasks.
  • Skilled in analyzing, reporting, and presenting recruitment KPI data.
  • Experienced in delivering training on recruitment processes and best practices, both in-person and via digital platforms like Zoom.
