Key Responsibilities of a Business Developer:

  • Drive continued sales to an established customer portfolio
  • Develop self-generated and Telesales new business opportunities
  • Manage sales pipelines effectively
  • Meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Accurately update the CRM system
  • Achieve pipeline, opportunity, and revenue targets

About You:

  • A strong interest in sales and a competitive nature
  • Excellent pipeline management skills
  • Confident negotiation abilities
  • Flexible sales techniques to suit clients at all levels
  • Proficient in data management using a leading CRM system
  • Must have a driving licence
