Due to continued growth and sales, a brand new role has become available for a competent Administration co-ordinator to join a well established company based in over 120 countries with over 4,000 staff.
Production Co-ordinator
As part of the Production Department, the Administration Co-ordinator is integral to the responsibility for the delivery of projects and goods. You will liaise directly with customers and other departments within the UK setup to ensure resource/support is available to meet project timelines seamlessly.

Co-ordination of:
  • Process orders for labels that may orginate from customers or sales staff.
  • Monitor open orders and keep relevant parties informed of expected deliveries.
  • Liaising with sales team, department colleagues, and labels factory to ensure a trouble-free experience for customers ensuring needs are met.
  • Providing all relevant documents both internally and externally.
  • Managing customer expectations including pricing and delivery.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and make recommendations.
  • Issue Production Purchase orders.
  • Manage Purchase orders to Suppliers within Operations.
  • Coordinate and control Production Plan.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales as well as Operations.
  • Ad-Hoc duties as per the request of your line manager.
