Description
Finance Assistant
- Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Process invoices and expense forms
- Reconcile bank statements
- Ensure accurate record keeping
- Assist with budget preparation
- Support with year-end audits
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant t should have:
- An educational background in Accounting or Finance & studying AAT
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Understanding of FMCG industry is a plus
