Part-Time Finance Administrator 3 Months Temporary 3 or 4 days per week Milton Keynes Office Based £25,000 per annum, pro rata

My client, a wonderfully valuable charity, is looking for an administrator who enjoys working with finance. As a Part-Time Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for the data entry and updating of client details, payments and related information. In addition, you will be providing daily, weekly & monthly analysis in report form to several departments. Due to their location, you will need to be a car driver

Part-Time Finance Administrator Responsibilities

  • Responsible for regularly updating the CRM system client information.
  • Detailing all cash and cheques received directly into the office.
  • Allocating electronic payments, this will include payments made directly into the banks via third party portals.
  • Creating reports daily, weekly and monthly and reconciling them with the company bank statements.
  • Ensure income is correctly allocated in accordance with client instruction.
  • Ensure relevant documents received are scanned and attached to clients records including Gift Aid declarations.
  • Responsible for ensuring all Gift Aid declarations are recorded on the CRM system correctly.

Part-Time Finance Administrator Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good level of MS Excel skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to clear deadlines
