Purchase Ledger Assistant / Bletchley/ 3 Months Minimum / Up To £15ph

Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in Central Milton Keynes looking to add an experienced Purchase LedgerAssistant to their team with excellent attention to detail.

This is a 3 month temporary role in a fast paced environment.

They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.

The roll is fully office working Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 - Flexibility with this

The salary for this role is up to £15ph dependent on experience.

This has the potential to move extremely quickly, perfect for someone on a short-term notice or immediately available.

They also have a separate opportunity as a team leader due to a restructure within the team. If you have any hands on supervisor experience, please do still apply to be considered as a Purchase Ledger Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
  • Managing purchase ledger queries efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a purchase ledger or accounts assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight timescales
