Roles and responsibilities
- Find ways to relay the curriculum to students in KS3, KS4 or KS5
- Plan work in accordance with departmental schemes of work and online curriculum
- Take account of pupils’ prior levels of attainment and use them to set future target
- Mark and return work set, including homework within an agreed and reasonable time frames
- Monitor and set targets for the social and academic progress of all pupils
- Endeavour to build good relationships with the students, so there is mutual respect
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a Degree and QTS Desirable (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
- Be a committed team player
- Be confident and adaptable to different environments
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Be able to deliver lessons in a fun and engaging way that students can relate to
- Be able to commute to Buckinghamshire
