About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team, providing essential support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teaching staff to support students with SEN in their learning and development.
  • Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Provide in-class support and one-to-one assistance as required.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents/carers.


About You

  • Relevant SEN experience is essential.
  • Experience in a support staff role within an educational setting is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and patient approach to working with young people.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
