Full-Time SEN Teacher - Milton KeynesLocation: Milton KeynesRole: SEN Teacher (Years 3/4)Start Date: JanuaryContract: Maternity CoverAspire People is seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN setting in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for a passionate educator with a proven background in working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).Key Responsibilities:*Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to students in Years 3 and 4. *Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs.*Managing and supporting pupils with a range of SEND and SEMH needs.*Collaborating with support staff and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes for all pupils.*Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment.Essential Criteria:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.*Proven experience teaching in SEN settings, with expertise in SEMH, SEND, and ASC.*Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and experience in planning for mixed-ability groups.*Effective classroom management skills.*Desirable Skills and Qualifications:*Team Teach trained.*RPI (Restrictive Physical Intervention) trained.Why Join Us?*Competitive pay and supportive team environment.*Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEND.*Comprehensive support throughout your placement.*Students leave at 1pm on Friday to allow PPA time.
