About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN LSA to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will work closely with students who require additional support to reach their full potential. You will be assigned to different schools and educational settings, providing one-to-one or small group support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
  • Implementing personalised learning strategies to meet individual student needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Promoting student engagement, confidence, and independence.
  • Adaptability to work across different schools in Milton Keynes based on assignment needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an SEN LSA or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with children with a variety of Special Educational Needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to different settings and assignments as required.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the nature of the role.
