Position: SEN Support Staff & SEN Teachers

Location: Milton Keynes,Buckinghamshire

We’re seeking passionate SEN Support Staff and SEN Teachers to join us and make a difference in students' lives.

Requirements:

  • TA & Support Staff: Experience minimum of 6 months working with SEN.
  • For Teachers: Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • DBS: Active DBS on the update service required.
  • Skills: Experience with ADHD, ASD, PMLD, or behavioral challenges is desirable.

Roles:

SEN Support Staff:

  • Assist in students' educational and social development.
  • Support individual students inside and outside the classroom.
  • Help with record keeping and behavior support.

SEN Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver lessons tailored to SEN students.
  • Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student needs.
