Position: SEN Support Staff & SEN Teachers

We’re seeking passionate SEN Support Staff and SEN Teachers to join us and make a difference in students' lives.

Requirements:

TA & Support Staff: Experience minimum of 6 months working with SEN.
For Teachers: Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
DBS: Active DBS on the update service required.
Skills: Experience with ADHD, ASD, PMLD, or behavioral challenges is desirable.

Roles:

SEN Support Staff:

Assist in students' educational and social development.
Support individual students inside and outside the classroom.
Help with record keeping and behavior support.

SEN Teacher:

Plan and deliver lessons tailored to SEN students.
Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student needs.
