Job Description
As an Admin/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring efficient and friendly service. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and supporting the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities

Answering and directing phone calls professionally.

Welcoming clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.

Maintaining and updating office records, files, and databases.

Scheduling appointments and managing diaries for senior staff.

Assisting with recruitment-related tasks, such as scheduling interviews and organizing documentation.

Supporting payroll and invoicing by collating necessary documents.

Handling general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Admin/Receptionist or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Knowledge of the healthcare or social care sector is a plus but not mandatory.
